prelims

there goes my 3 months course in JC. i did badly for my prelims. and mrs ho just had to say we did extremely bad for chem. i did study. i really did. i slept at 2 everyday. and sometimes i even woke up at 5 in the morning to study again. what's the use of studying so hard and losing your sleep when you wont score well ? my intuition told me i did badly for all 3 sciences. my bio is gone case. even if i scored full marks for paper 1, i'll definitely fail practical and as for paper 2, i bear no hopes on it.
why must we study about genetic engineering? why do we learn how to manufacture insulin through genetic engineering when we already have the ' islet of langerhans' to produce it. and what's the use of knowing the difference btw genes and alleles ? when my future career will not has anything to do with bio.
since it will be the last few papers 1, i'll work hard for it. seriously, i just hope for the best for my o levels. through hard work and tons of praying. im not going to commit the same mistake i did for PSLE.
